To help member hospitals advance their workforce capabilities and position themselves for success in today’s complex environment, the West Virginia Hospital Association (WVHA) offers The Hospital Leadership Academy (The Academy).

Through The Academy, hospital professionals gain focused insight on the health care environment and business leadership strategies. The program utilizes a variety of techniques to provide participants with the skills, insight, and knowledge to effectively lead their organizations in today’s complex and changing health care environment.
